My top 3 picks for this weekend are : 

1. Talladega Nights : The Ballad of Ricky Bobby
   • Will Ferrell does it again in one of his all time great from the mind of Adam McKay. On the surface, it is a horrendously dumb movie, but it has aged remarkably well and is still funny today. If you’re not first, you’re last!
2. Signs
   • Mel Gibson and Joaquin Phoenix costar in this eerie sci-fi classic from M. Night Shyamalan. It has the perfect level of plausibility and some excellent creature designs. Less is more in this movie and it absolutely delivers tension and emotion throughout the whole runtime.  
3. Going Clear
   • Scientology is one of the worlds more recent religions and it is very well known but also very secret by design. I found this documentary to be well researched and presented. It covers all the big questions I had and gave me all of that weird Tom Cruise related information I didn’t really want to know.
