The Head
The head is an interesting multicultural mini series from HBO produced with Hulu. It takes place in an Antarctic research base with most of the crew leaving for winter.
There are 6 episodes in total, with most of them being pretty decent. That’s the second best way to describe this show. The best description I can give is that it’s real life Among Us. The crew has special skills and tasks to complete during the long winter and there is an imposter among them. Will you be able to figure out who?
The Head isn’t the best whodunnit mystery series to ever be made, but I certainly appreciate the breaking of the mold for a high production value show to not cast Americans in every single role. It’s refreshing to hear accents from time to time.
